I have a very busy life and I don't know if I will have time to commit. What do you recommend?
Sessions are organized to be compatible with a busy life, and we can find a pace that fits your situation. It is a small investment of time, but with an impact you will feel for a long time.
How important is my active participation in the course?
Even just bringing your presence and desire to get better can make a big difference. In each session, we work as a team to achieve your goals.
I always find wrong mates, it seems that I search for them high and low.
This is a sentiment that so many people share, and there is nothing strange about it. Without realizing it, we often attract people who activate dynamics familiar to us, even though they may not be the ones we would like.
Together, we can begin to understand and transform these “unconscious attractors” so that we can finally open ourselves to healthier and more fulfilling relationships.

Should I follow some "rules" outside sessions?
