Purchase method

The Client may only purchase participation in events, seminars or consultations in the Segreti della Mente catalog at the time of placing the order, as described in the relevant information sheets.

Methods of payment

We accept the following payments:

BANK TRANSFER: select this method of payment and you will receive, when your order is complete, the IBAN with its header to which you can make the bank transfer (you can email the account in advance, to speed up your registration).
CREDIT CARD: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
PAYPAL: You can use your Paypal account, you can hook up any credit card, and if you want you can benefit from paying in 3 installments at zero interest.
GATEWAY EASY PAYMENT: Advanced credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Pay Later, Venmo, Bancontact, BLIK, EPS, Giropay, iDEAL, MyBank, Przelewy24, Sofort, Mercado Pago, and SEPA Direct Debit-through an official PayPal partner.

Right of withdrawal

The user has the right to withdraw from the purchase of any event, seminar or consultation purchased on the site, until the deadline of 14 days prior to the date of the purchased event, by written comucation to the email address formazione@clickevia.it.

Clickevia SRL will refund the user the amount paid, in the shortest time possible and in any case within 30 days of the request for withdrawal, by reversal procedure of the amount charged to the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer.
In the latter case, it will be the user’s responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (ABI – CAB – Current Account of the invoice holder).

After the 14-day deadline prior to the event has expired, in the event of documented inability to attend, the fee paid, minus handling and booking costs, will be converted into credit that can be used for other events, seminars or consultations.
