WHO IS GIULIO VANZAN?

Julius is a meditation teacher who specializes in the ancient tradition of traditional yoga and a passionate scholar of the art of inner transformation. With years of experience teaching meditative techniques in both India and the West, Julius combines the depth of the yogic tradition with a practical understanding of the challenges of modern life.
His training is rooted in the ashrams of India and the Himalayas, where he studied directly with recognized masters, learning the most effective techniques of meditation, pranayama and energy transformation. These ancient practices, which for centuries have helped people turn difficulties into opportunities for growth, form the core of his approach.
To this solid traditional foundation, Julius added his understanding of modern psychology and neuroscience, creating a method that retains the essence of ancestral practices while making them accessible and relevant to contemporary people with busy lives and daily challenges.
His teaching style is distinguished by his ability to make deep concepts easily understood, and his ability to create a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable exploring new dimensions of their experience.
